Job creators reserve the full reward × slots from their own wallet before a job publishes automatically. bKash deposits are credited only after an administrator manually verifies receipt. Pausing keeps the budget reserved. Closing returns only unused funds, while existing submitted and approved work remains funded.
Only approved rewards enter the available balance. If you registered using a referral link, 10% of each eligible task reward is deducted for your referrer; ৳100 gross becomes ৳90 for you and ৳10 for the referrer. Commission is rounded down to paisa, applies one level only, and is reversed with a reversed task reward. The exact net reward is shown before task acceptance. Withdrawal requests require at least ৳100 and manual review. Approval of a withdrawal is not confirmation of payment. Reversals require a documented reason. Payment arrangements must be configured before withdrawals are enabled.
